板式熱交換器的性能主要取決于板片的材質、數(shù)量及熱交換的面積,工藝,結構緊湊性等。我們就先來說板片。板片的材質有碳鋼、不銹鋼、鋁及鋁合金、黃銅、蒙乃爾合金、鎳、鉬、鈦等,材質不同,價格不同。使用廣泛的是不銹鋼,有的用戶需要處理含氯或其他腐蝕性介質時,會采用耐腐性能好的鈦材質,但價格很貴。
工程應用中,熱負荷和工況是多種多樣的,板式熱交換器的版型和幾何尺寸的規(guī)格不同,價格差距明顯。其中密封墊片的承壓質量和額外的工況配置都會增加成本。密封墊片主要是為了防止流體的外漏和兩流體之間內漏,運行中承受壓力、溫度及工作流體的侵蝕,因此要求具備良好的彈性,一般采用橡膠材質,有丁晴橡膠、三元乙丙橡膠、氟橡膠、氯丁橡膠、硅橡膠及石棉纖維板。工況不同,使用材質要求不同,價格也就參差不齊。額外配置包括根據(jù)用戶需求配置加熱、制冷、凈化、消聲等不同功能段的結構。
另外板片的厚度通常在0.5~1.5㎜的范圍內,按工況需要,選擇的厚度不同,價格也略微有些偏差。板片的波紋形式不同會對板式熱交換器的傳熱及流動阻力有較大影響,根據(jù)不同工況場合使用不同的波紋板片,一般以人字形波紋板和水平平直波紋板為主,價格也會有所不同。當生產上要求改變工藝條件和產量時,增減板片的數(shù)量或改變板片組裝流程通道形式,這些操作都會影響價格的高低。
